- Establishment of traffic safety facilities
- With regard to the establishment of traffic safety
facilities , such as traffic control center, the Emergency Measure Law Relating to the Improvement of traffic safety facilities has clarified the national government’s duty on development of countermeasures against traffic accidents.
The national government has made up a plan of installing the facilities together with local governments so that they may positively join the program.
